Three King's Fiesta

Ingredients:
1 PUREFOODS FIESTA Cooked Ham (1.5 - 2.0 kgs.)
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup lychee juice
2 cups sugar

3 cloves/garlic
1 cinnamon bark
1 laurel leaf

Insructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine all the ingredients in an oven-proof dish. Blend well until sugar particles are completely dissolved. Place ham and bake for 15-20 minutes, basting with marinade 3-4 times. Place ham in serving platter and boil extra pineapple juice and lychee mixture until thick. Garnish with free lychee, cherries and parsley.
