Rudolf's Ham in Holiday Sauce


Ingredients:
1 PUREFOODS FIESTA Cooked Ham (1.5 - 2.0 kgs)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peach syrup
1 can peaches (chopped)


1 tsp clove powder

GARNISHINGS:
Apple
Peach slices
Grapes
Red cherries

Instructions:
Caramelize sugar. Pour peach syrup and allow to boil until caramel dissolves. Add peaches, clove powder and boil until thick. Pour sauce on top of the ham and bake in pre-heated oven at 375°F for 10-15 minutes and garnish.
