Santa's Own Chili Glaze


Ingredients:
1 PUREFOODS FIESTA COOKED HAM (1.6 - 2.0 kgs)
Red Bell Pepper (cut into squares)
Green Bell Pepper (cut into squares)
Pandan leaves

Sauce:
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup broth
1 tsp garlic crushed & fried
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
dash of meat seasoning
1/2 tbsp ginger (grated) (optional)

Instructions:
Place fiesta ham in an oven-proof container. Set aside.

Combine brown sugar and broth, then add the remaining ingredients for sauce and pour on ham and bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes. Place ham on a serving platter and arrange red and green bell pepper alternately on the other side of the ham and tie with pandan leaves.
