Ham and Fruit Kris Kringle


Ingredients:
1 PUREFOODS FIESTA Cooked Ham (1.6 - 2.0 kgs)
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins

1 tsp cinnamon powder
almond shavings

Instructions:
Combine apple juice, brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon powder on a baking pan. Place ham. Bake on a pre-heated oven at 375°F for 10-15 minutes. Boil the remaining sauce until thick. Pour sauce on top of the ham and garnish with parsley, almonds shavings, red cherries, water melon and ripe mango balls.
